Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or do not meet the above criteria.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Final sale items are not eligible for exceptions unless required by law.

How to Initiate a Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as FOR LOVE & SAPPHIRES, LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or untracked return shipments.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will not be issued for items returned outside the approved return window or that do not meet return eligibility requirements

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us before returning your item.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Wholesale Orders
